Today, we will continue with our girls, we will know four more girls who train in No bars here category. These drills consist of movements with our body weight together with drills with medicine balls or kettlebells.
Eva:
- 800m run
- 30 kettlebell swings ( 2 poods)
- 30 pull-ups
- 5 rounds per time
Helen:
- 3 rounds per time
- 400 m run
- 21 swings kettlebell (1,5 pood)
- 12 pull-ups
Kelly:
- 400m run
- 30 24″ box jumps
- 30 wall balls (20 lbs)
- 5 rounds per time
Karen:
- Per time (AFAP)
- 150 Wall Balls (20 lbs)
