WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING?

With functional training we look for increasing our life or just an improvement in training performance. You can achieve it thanks to the use of different muscles which are used in many different exercises. This way, you can avoid the most common way to train in which you use structural strength. You can improve your skeletal muscle structures losing importance the increase of the cross-section of the muscle.
It is quite an important thing to take into consideration the abdominal belt lumbar due to its importance especially in our lifestyle. When we practise sports or when we just train we use the abdominal belt lumbar so we need to train it as much as possible. For this reason, local stabilizers are relevant to gain strength in functional training.

Why is functional training important to improve our lifestyle?

Almost all the actions in our life are related to physical activity. Walking, lean down, or pick up an object even not sitting down properly. We use these actions without taking into account that they are harmful for us. The fact of not training implies that these harmful actions become more and more serious so it would be essential that people work some drills such as tractions and pushings. Thanks to these drills people will be able to improve their quality of life what is very important.

Why functional training can help us to improve sports perfomance?

In Sports we try to improve the perfomance training by using preventive maintenance. With these drills the most important exercises can be improved so they should be taken into consideration as complementary drills. We don’t have to confuse this kind of training which looks for developing  the function with the one that looks for developing  the function with the developing of the structure.
