With functional training we look
for increasing our life or just an improvement in training performance. You can
achieve it thanks to the use of different muscles which are used in many
different exercises. This way, you can avoid the most common way to train in
which you use structural strength. You can improve your skeletal muscle

It is quite an important thing to take into consideration
