Today, we are going to see 7 girls which are training in just your body category. We could say that these girls are more light as this category only consists of moving your body weight.

Barbara:
  •  5 rounds per time
  •  20 pull-ups
  •  30 push-ups
  •  40 sit-ups
  •  50 squats
  •  3 minutes pauses between each round


Chelsea:

  •  5 pull-ups 
  •  10 push-ups 
  •  15 squats
  •  EMOM during 30 minutes


Mary:

  •  5 handstand push-ups
  •  10 single leg squats
  •  15 pulls-ups
  •  AMRAP 20 minutes(as many repetitions as possible)




Cindy:

  •  5  pull-ups
  •  10 push-ups
  •  15 squats
  •  Total rounds 20 minutes (AMRAP)


Annie:

  •  Double unders 
  •  Sit-ups
  •  50-40-30-20-10


Nicole:

  •  AMRAP de 20 minutos
  •  400 m run
  •  The maximum pull-ups
  •  Write down the name of chin-ups in each round.


Angie:

  •  100 pull-ups
  •  100 push-ups
  •  100 sit-up 
  •  100 squats
  •  Per time (AFAP)
  •  It is forbidden to start a new drill without having finished the last one before.
