- 3 minutes pauses between each round
Chelsea:
- 5 pull-ups
- 10 push-ups
- 15 squats
- EMOM during 30 minutes
Mary:
- 5 handstand push-ups
- 10 single leg squats
- 15 pulls-ups
- AMRAP 20 minutes(as many repetitions as possible)
Cindy:
- 5 pull-ups
- 10 push-ups
- 15 squats
- Total rounds 20 minutes (AMRAP)
Annie:
- Double unders
- Sit-ups
- 50-40-30-20-10
Nicole:
- AMRAP de 20 minutos
- 400 m run
- The maximum pull-ups
- Write down the name of chin-ups in each round.
